A small coffee shop with a lovely vibe, offering tranquility and excellent coffee with a brownie, slice of San Sebastián cheesecake drenched in chocolate sauce etc. Located in the busy Galata Tower tourist area. We popped in for post dinner coffee and tea and a slice of San Sebastián cheesecake. Lovely.

Fantastic indulgent gluten free cakes- coconut, chocolate, St Sebastian cheesecake. I had turkish coffee and coconut cake. Wonderful 🩷 Very close to Galata tower but just off the busier street, so nice little retreat from the noisy street. The guy serving was lovely too.

We came here for the gluten-free options and ended up with possibly the best cheesecake we’ve ever eaten, and we’ve eaten a lot of cheesecake! Absolutely fantastic, we made the walk up the steep hill twice because of it. I also ate the non-GF sandwich on our first visit and it was very good, but the cheesecake is really the highlight. Friendly staff both times. Very nice cafe.

Finalmente un caffè veramente buono, in più con vista Galata e dei gestori che amano il proprio lavoro. L’affogato che mi ha proposto Süleyman era buonissimo, e anche i dolci sempre freschi e leggeri.

Unbelievable view, unbelievable vibe and lovely lovely host. If you’re gluten free you must come here! If you’re not gluten free you must come here. I went with my boyfriend who isn’t gluten free and he said you couldn’t tell it’s gluten free.

This cafe on Müeyyedzade, Serdar-ı Ekrem Cd., is an ideal stop for coffee and dessert lovers. We ordered espresso and latte; the coffees were as expected, intensely flavored and well-balanced. The desserts in the patisserie section are fresh and attractively presented. The space is small but stylishly decorated, offering comfortable seating. On the downside, service can be a bit slow during peak hours. Overall, a wonderful experience for a coffee and dessert break.

Nos sentamos en las mesas de la calle a disfrutar de unos latte que estaban ricos y un café que por desgracia nos lo pusieron en vasos para llevar. La tarta de queso y brownie estaban ricos. La ubicación excelente ya que estaba junto a la torre Galata y nos permitió disfrutar de las vistas y el paso de la gente.

We sat at the street tables and enjoyed delicious lattes and coffee, which unfortunately came in takeaway cups. The cheesecake and brownie were delicious. The location was excellent, as it was next to the Galata Tower, allowing us to enjoy the views and the people passing by.

Fui dos días a preguntar qué tenían sin gluten. A parte de las tartas tenían unas cookies. Los dos días cogí una cookie de chocolate con relleno de chocolate blanco. El tercer día volví, pregunté si las cookies eran sin gluten y me dijeron que el chocolate blanco podía tener algo de gluten. Sentí que no se tomaban la celiaquía enserio. Tuve efectos secundarios. Una pena.

I went two days to ask what they had gluten-free. Besides the cakes, they had some cookies. Both days I got a chocolate cookie with a white chocolate filling. The third day I went back, asked if the cookies were gluten-free, and they told me the white chocolate might have some gluten. I felt like they didn't take celiac disease seriously. I had side effects. Shame.

Hola Irene, I am very sorry for your unhappy experience. Usually we always only suggest our celiac customers our San Sebastián without chocolate sauce. The chocolate in cookie doesn’t contain gluten , but we always warn celiac customers that the production line of the chocolate in the factory might not be so careful with gluten issue. The fact is many gluten sensitive customers took our cookie with chocolate and we never got any negative feedback. But maybe our workers didn’t explain very well due to the languages issue. I am really sorry again for this. We really care about our celiac customers and we use separate plate for gluten free products because I have the same problem. Anyway sorry again and hope you will enjoy the rest of the trip in Istanbul.

It has the feel of a real cafe, and is in a stunning location, right in the middle of Serdar-ı Ekrem Street and the tower. They have friendly and very understanding staff, and the cafe owner is originally from Colombia and brings his own coffee to the country. I highly recommend it.
